Product features: wear resistant, impact resistant and temperature resistant.
2.Components in wear resistant layer:
C: 50%
Cr: 27%~30%
Martensitic matrix + Cr7C3 type carbide up to 60%

3.Hardness: wear resistant layer HRC 57~ 63, HV 1400~ 1800

Characteristic:
Abrasion resistance: 20 - 25 times of low carbon steel,
8 times of high manganese steel or stainless steel,
1.5 times of regular high-carbon and high chromium steel.
Temperature resistant: regular type < 60?; high temperature type <1000?.
Impact resistance: wear resistant layer and the base layer are completely metallurgical bonding, afford strong impact, and do not have to worry about shedding.
Processibility: welding, cutting, curling, punching.
